A Better Germantown

A BETTER GERMANTOWN • One of my favorite quotes is from United States General Douglas MacArthur:

“A true leader has the confidence to stand alone, the courage to make tough decisions, and the compassion to listen to the needs of others. He does not set out to be a leader, but becomes one by the equality of his actions and the integrity of his intent.”

I saw my dad lead with integrity when he was mayor. He continues to instill in me, qualities of integrity today. It’s about integrity of intent.

My intent is to encourage a Better Germantown. We live in an amazing place, but we have big needs. Our law enforcement, fire and EMS need more support. Our schools need updating. Our citizens deserve quality development without being a financial partner.

I’m committed to lead on these needs that prioritizes the pocketbooks of the citizens while achieving these goals. Clear priorities with disciplined action.

I ask for your support. Let’s build A Better Germantown movement so our kids and grandkids can experience the same wonderful hometown my family and I love.

Tomorrow, I will start an ongoing series of my stance on issues specific to Germantown as well as initiatives I plan to pursue as your Mayor. Tomorrow will hit on “The Referendum”.
