Tony Salvaggio has called Germantown home for 43 years. Early on, Tony demonstrated his commitment to community service as a founding board member of the Germantown Youth Commission while still a student at Germantown High School. He attended Memphis State University and is an Alpha Tau Omega alumnus. In 1999, he married his wife, Tami, and they have four children.

After taking the helm of family-owned-and-operated Memphis Door & Hardware from his father, Charles Salvaggio, Tony maintained an A+ yearly rating with the Better Business Bureau. He is also a licensed Residential and Commercial General Contractor in Tennessee, and has served as principal of the Salvaggio Group, one of the area’s premiere construction and renovation companies since 1999.

A Leadership Germantown graduate, Tony's commitment to a better Germantown extends far beyond his business ventures. He has served on the Germantown Board of Zoning Appeals, as President of the Germantown Heights HOA, Vice Chairman of the Germantown Planning Commission, and on the Fire Department Review Board. His construction skills and leadership have been recognized by the Memphis Business Journal and Memphis Business Quarterly. He was named “Top 40 Under 40” by the Memphis Business Journal.
